A total of 557900 people have received COVID-19 vaccine in Nyaung-U District, Mandalay Region so far, according an official from the District Administration Council.

As of July 18, altogether 557900 people including 267400 people in Nyaung-U Township and 290500 people in Kyaukpadaung Township have received COVID-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in Nyaung-U District.

Medical workers continue to administer the vaccine to the remaining people in the District, according to U Toe Lwin, chairman of the District Administration Council.—U Win Htein(IPRD)
