A CEREMONY was held to honour the cast of the film ‘110 Hours’ and other individuals for commemorative works for the 74th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day, in Bayinnaung Guesthouse in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
Firstly, General Mya Tun Oo, Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air), delivered the opening speech. After that, Lt-Gen San Oo, Chairman of the Committee for Psychological Affairs and Public Relations, conferred the honorary award to the director, co-director, and cast of the film, and Lt-Gen Maung Maung Aye, Chairman of the Leading Committee for holding the Armed Forces Day Holding Leading, also conferred honorary awards on the cast of the film.
Next, Maj-Gen Myint Maw, Chairman of the Armed Forces Day Holding Management Committee, awarded honorary certificates to winners of the 74th Armed Forces Day military cadence, song composition category, and short poem compositions for non-professionals and freelance.
Maj-Gen Htun Htun Nyi, Chairman of the Manuscript Competition Committee, then conferred honorary awards on winners in the long poem composition category for non-professionals and freelance, short novel composition, and long novel composition.
