TEMPORARY medical centres of Ayeyarwady Centre in Thuwuna Football Stadium and the National Football Academy (Yangon) have been prepared for accommodating 1,000 COVID-19 patients.
The Centre has set up temporary facility A and B for 875 patients since it was first established in early September, and its ICU/HDU could hold 125 patients, with the installation of modern medical equipment.
The Ayeyarwady Foundation is accommodating doctors, nurses and volunteers who are in the front-line of COVID-19 measures, while well-wishers are making their contributions.
The foundation has also planned to set up the COVID-19 centres until the disease could be controlled. —Ye Yint Hline
