A group of local authorities inspected preparations being made to house the suspected patients with possible coronavirus in Yekyi Township, Ayeyawady Region yesterday evening.

Regional Lawmaker for No.1 Constituency U Myo Nyunt together with Township Administrator U Min Khaing Win, Township Medical Superintendent Dr. Zaw Aung and departmental staff looked into progress for a quarantine structure.

The school hostels in the compound of No.1 Basic Education High School would be turned into a quarantine facility for suspected patients with possible COVID-19 who returned home from abroad for two weeks.—Aung Thu Han (Yekyi)
