A ceremony to open a free basic computer course, organized by the Township Information and Public Relations Department, was held at the community center of IPRD in Kyangin Township, Ayeyawady Region this morning.

First of all, Deputy Administrator of the Township U Wai Yan Oo delivered an opening speech. Then, an official from the Township IPRD clarified the purposes of the training course.

Officials from the Township General Administration Department, Information and Public Relations Department, Department of Basic Education and Department of Immigration and Population attended the event.

The 23-day training course which runs from May 2 to 24 is being attended by 20 trainees from wards and villages in the Township.—Township IPRD
