Mawlamyine, 24 March
A basic computer training course was opened at a community center in Mawlamyine, the capital city of Mon State this morning.
At the opening ceremony, an official from the Information and Public Relations Department explained the purpose of the course and a course instructor elaborated on intention and disciplines to be followed by the trainees. The trainees will be taught how to use Microsoft word and internet during the two-week course.
The course was jointly organized by the Information and Public Relations Department, Daw Khin Kyi Foundation and KMD, one of the top ICT related service providers in Myanmar.—IPRD
