The opening of a basic electrical mobile training course was held at the mechanization training school in Phayagyi, Bago Region this morning.

Firstly, the Chief Minister of Bago Region U Win Thein made an opening speech and the Deputy Director-General of the Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection U Soe Moe Kyaw explained matters relating to the course. The course was opened with the intention of producing qualified electricians who are able to install electronic devices and repair electronic household items. The course was jointly organized by the Bago regional government and the Ministry of Industry.

 
60 trainees from 28 townships throughout the region will be given practical and theoretical training by experienced electricians from the ministry during the one-week course.—Tin Soe (Bago)
