A ceremony to open a basic electrical wiring course, organized by the Mohnyin Youth Affairs Committee, was held in a monastery in the town of Mohnyin this morning.

At the event, vice chairman of the district Youth Affairs Committee Ma Nan Shwe Wat Hmon gave a speech and clarified the purpose of the course. 

The one-month training course is being attended by 24 trainees from villages and wards in the township.
