Basic farm equipment operating course 1/2019 was opened at No. 60 Mechanized Farming Centre in Wundwin Township this morning.

MP U Soe Min Htet and Township Administrator U Myo Tint made speeches on the occasion while Head of the District Mechanized Farm Department U Myint Htay disclosed the salient points of the basic course, underling the transformation from traditional farming to mechanized one.

The course which runs from 11 to 22 March is being lectured by deputy township officers from Meiktila, Wundwin, Mahlaing and Thazi Township Mechanized Farm Departments.—Htay Hlaing (Wundwin)
