A basic first aid training course was opened in the compound of a degree college in Mohnyin, Kachin State this morning.
    

On the occasion, Acting Principal of the degree college Dr. Lwin Lwin, Professor and Dean of the Myanmarsar Department gave an opening speech. Next, Chairman of the township Red Cross supervisory committee U Tin Hlaing explained matters relating to the training course.
    

The five-day training course jointly organized by the degree college’s red cross association and the township Red Cross Society is being attended by 110 trainees.—Ni Toe
