A ceremony to open basic painting course jointly organized by Moywa District Information and Public Relations Department and Monywa Education College took place at the Information and Public Relations Department, Monywa, Sagaing Region this morning with an opening speech by MP Daw Amar Kyi.

This was followed by the ceremony in which Head of Moywa District Information and Public Relations Department Daw Soe Soe Win explained about the course.

Tutor U Zaw Min Htun from Monywa Education College clarified the aim of the course including painting methods for the students. The course is being attended by 47 students from the schools in Monywa from 19 to 28 February.

Also present on the occasion were departmental officials, teachers, parents, trainees and others.-Win Oo
