Mongnai, 21 February

The closing ceremony of a basic tailoring course (1/2019), jointly conducted by Mong Nai Township Social Welfare Department Myanmar Women’s  Affair Federation, took place at the meeting hall of  Mong Nai, Lai-Hka District, Shan State at 9 am today with an opening speech by Township Administrator U Soe Htut.

The township administrator and officials presented completion certificates and gifts to the trainers and to the trainees. The course aims to create job opportunities for local people and increase their income, promoting their socio-economic status. The one-month course was attended by 36 trainees from Mong Nai Township. –Myo Nyunt Shwe (Mong Nai)
