A basic sewing course concluded at the training hall of the Township Rural Development Department in Kyaikmaraw Township,  Kyaikmaraw district, Mon state this morning. The aim of the course is to create job opportunities for young women and to generate their incomes.

U Ye Win, head of the District RDD, in his speech urged the trainees to apply the know-how accrued in the training to generate their incomes when they got back to their residents, unveiling a plan to open an advanced sewing course. Then, officials handed out prizes to three outstanding trainees.
