With a view to creating job opportunities for women, Education and Training Department under Ministry of Border Affairs will open basic and advanced sewing course at the training school in Ye Township, Mawlamyine District, Mon State.

Sewing machines and food will be arranged free of charge for the trainees who come from far-flung parts of the township.

The 18-month training course which will run from November 13, 2019 to March 13, 2020 will be instructed free of charged by officials from the training school, it is learnt.
