With the joint cooperation of promoting team for the spread of literature and speeding reading activities and Pyay District Information and Public Relations Department, a book fair was opened in front of railway station in Pyay yesterday.

At the book fair, a total of 15 book shops from Yangon are being opened and those who visit the book fair can get their caricatures drawn by famous cartoonists, according to a member of organizing committee.

In addition, the IPRD also arranged reading rooms and other programs for children. The book fair continues until 9 September.
