Mandalay 12 September

A ceremony to open a book fair and exhibition took place at Community Centre at the junction of 62nd street and Myawady Mingyi street in Pyigyidagun Township, in Myanmar’s central city of Mandalay, Mandalay Region.

The book fair was jointly conducted by Mandalay District Information and Public Relations Department and five publishing houses. The ceremony was opened by MP U Zaw Maung Maung of Pyithu Hluttaw, officials from the IPRD, Township Administrator and chairman of Maha Aung Myay Writers Association. The book fair and exhibition continues until 16 September.
