Kantbalu, 18 February

A capacity building course for youths, organized by Kantbalu district Youths Affairs Committee, was opened at the meeting hall in the collective office in the town of Kantbalu, Kantbalu district, Sagaing region this morning.

At the event, Kantbalu district Youths Affairs Committee Chairma U Tin Htoo, who is also the district administrator, extended a warm greeting to the audience. Then, the committee secretary U Tin Soe explained the aim of the course. After that, the committee member U Hein Min Htet reported on youth policy.

The course is designed for university graduates and high-school graduates who are preparing to start work. The two-day course is being attended by youths from Kantbalu and Kyunhla townships.—Aung Win Nyein (Kantbalu)
