Kyain Seikgyi, 12 December

With the aim of improving capacity of staff from the township General Administration Department, a capacity building training course was opened at the meeting room of GAD in Kyain Seikgyi Township, Kayin State this morning.

First, the township Administrator U Kyaw Soe made a speech and called on the trainees to practically apply the lessons learned in the training to improve their capacity in their office. Then, deputy Administrator U Wei Yan clarified the purpose of the training course.

The two-day training course is being attended by 90 staff from GAD in the township.—Myo Min Oo, IPRD
