Department of Social Welfare under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement provided cash aid to pregnant women and children below two years old at the office of Ward Administration Department in Lai Len Pi, Mindat District, Chin State this morning.

The Department of Social Welfare has been providing cash assistance to pregnant women and children below two years old once every two months in wards and villages in Lai Len Pi.

Officials from the Department of Social Welfare disbursed K 30000 each to 136 pregnant women and children below two years old for the months of May and June.—Lai Len pi, IPRD
