An event to provide stationery, umbrella and cash aid to offspring of staff of the Township General Administration Department was held at the meeting hall of the township General Administration Department in Mogaung Township, Kachin State at about 10:00 am on 25 May.

At the event, Chairman of the Township Administration Council U Khin Maung Myint delivered an opening speech and clarified the purposes of the provision of stationery, umbrella and cash aid for offspring of GAD staff. 

Under this cash aid program, seven students who will attend University received Ks. 10000 each. Each of the remaining students from Kg-1 to grade-11 was presented note book and umbrella. The Township Administrator, GAD staff and their children attended the event.—Than Lwin Oo(IPRD)
