A ceremony to provide cash aid to offspring of staff of the Township Fire Services Department was held at the office of Fire Services Department in Kanbalu Township, Sagaing Region on 8 August.

During the ceremony, staff officer of the Township Fire Services Department U Moe Kyaw Thu clarified the provision of cash aid, uniform and note books for offspring of Fire Services Department staff who will attend Basic Education Schools in 2022-2023 Academic year.

Under this cash aid program, four middle school students received one dozen note books, uniform and  Ks. 10000 each and  five primary school students received one dozen note books, uniform and Ks. 5000 each.  Officials also honored Ks. 100000 to a student who passed with one distinction in 2021-2022 academic year’s matriculation examination the Township.—Aung Win Nyein(Kanbalu)
