A ceremony to furnish cash aids to the School for the Deaf in Mandalay was held at the hall of the school in Mandalay this morning.
At the ceremony, Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr. Win Myat Aye gave opening remarks and donor Mr. Sadaaki Tachiki from Kyoshin Co.Ltd, Kyoto, Japan clarified the purpose of the donation. Next, the donor furnished 10,000 USD to Union Minister Dr. Win Myat Aye. It is the 22nd of its kind for Kyoshin Co.Ltd.
Present on the occasion were Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, departmental personnel, Speaker of Mandalay Regional Hluttaw U Aung Kyaw Oo and MPs of regional Hluttaw, Mandalay Mayor Dr. Ye Lwin, Regional Minister for Natural Resource and Environment U Myo Thit, Chairman and responsible people of Kyoshin Co.Ltd, Head of the school, invited guests and children.
