Pulaw 24 April

A fire broke out in Ward-1 in town of Pulaw, Pulaw Township, Taninthayi Region at about 2:30 pm on 21 April. The fire was believed to have started from an ember and it left 161 homeless people. 

Officials from the Township Administration Council are arranging to make accommodations for the victims at the gymnasium. In addition, departmental officials, well-wishers and social organizations provided cash aids and relief items including family kit, hygiene kit, shelter tools, dignity kit, kitchen set, clothes, school uniform, rice, oil, instant noodles and others on 23 April.
