A ceremony to provide cash aids to households removed to safety places due to riverbank erosion in Zaykalay village, Laymyathnar Township, Hinthada District, Ayeyawady Region was held at the Township General Administration Department yesterday.

At the ceremony, the officials from Hinthada District Department of Disaster Management provided K 737,800 of cash aids to seven households for purchasing rice and building materials.
