Financial assistance and relief items were provided to victims of strong winds at the meeting hall of the township General Administration Department yesterday afternoon.

Officials from the Township Disaster Management Department provided each household of victims with K 100000 and rice for a week’s consumption.

Strong winds pounded Ayeyar village in the evening of September 3, bringing down some houses.—Moe Zat (Bogalay)
