THE Ministry of Immigration and Population held in-person interviews for 24 applicants seeking Permanent Residency (PR) in Myanmar.
The interview and evaluation ceremony of the Central Committee on Implementation of Permanent Residence System was inaugurated on the morning of 24 June at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Immigration and Population in Nay Pyi Taw.
The Central Committee met the applicants who had already been verified, including one foreign expert, one investor, 15 former Myanmar citizens, and seven foreigners with blood relations to former citizens.
Following the completion of these interview and evaluation processes, the findings will be submitted to higher authorities. After that, those who receive final approval will be issued residency certificates and cards, in accordance with the department’s standard procedures.
