Nyaungdon, 17 November

A ceremony to mark the 102nd Anniversary of National Victory Day was held in conjunction with prize awarding event at the meeting hall of No. 2 Basic Education High School in the Town of Nyaungdon, Maubin District, Ayeyarwady Region on November 17 at about 8:00 am. First, the national victory day ceremony was honoured with a song, identified as “Pyi Myanmar” by students.

Then, chairman of the Township Administration Council U Kyaw Soe read out the message sent by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Senior General Min Aung Hlaing to the ceremony to mark the 102nd National Victory Day.

This was followed by the presentation of prizes to the students who won essay writing and poem completions by officials. Then, staff from the Township Information and Public Relations Department exhibited photos and posters of National Victoria Day and photos of work processes implemented by the government in accordance with five-point road map and nine objectives of the State Administration Council.—Htet Wai Phyo(IPRD)
