With the cooperation of Information and Public Relations Department, Department of Education and Thayat District Management Committee, children’s literature festival and book fair will take place at No.1 Basic Education High School in Thayat on 16 and 17 November. 

With the aims of cultivating reading habits for students, the children’s literature festivals are being implemented across the nation. The festival includes competition such as storytelling, poetry reading, impromptu talk, sport games and others. As well there will be displays for children’s literature, reading room and entertainment programs. Those who are interested can participate in the two-day festival.
