An event to present compensation to farmers for their grievances was held at the meeting room of the General Administration Department in Mogaung Township, Kachin State this morning.
    

On the occasion, the Lower House MP U Win Naing gave a speech and an official from the Department of Livestock Breeding and Veterinary explained the purpose of compensation. Next, the official from the Department of Livestock Breeding and Veterinary presented K 15 million to a land owner whose land plots were confiscated when Hsar Hmaw station hospital was built.
    

Also present on the occasion were Upper House MP Dr. Khin Ma Gyi, Kachin State Lawmaker Daw Mya Thwe San, and departmental officials.
