The Township Department of Rural Development implemented concrete paving work of road in Hsukhintha-3 Village in Monghsat Township of eastern Shan State and now, all the projects were completed 100 percent, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.

The construction work of concrete paving work of road which is 500 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in volume has been implemented since the first week of November this year with K 17.0 million including K 15.0 million of DRD’s funds for 2023-2024 fiscal year and K 2.0 million contributed by local people. Now, all the projects have been completed by 100 percent. The road benefits 145 people from 30 households in the village.

Officials from the District and Township Department of Rural Development made an inspection tour this morning. During the inspection tour, officials met members of village development committee and the responsible persons and stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance.—Nyein Thu
