A concrete road is being built in the village of Kyar Win, Thone Gwa township, South district of Yangon region. The concrete road will have a measurement of 650 ft in length, nine ft in width and six ft in depth when completed. It is being paved with the use of K 7.5 million from emerald green projects and K 4.9 million provided by local people. Senior engineer-2 Daw Yamin Thu and staff inspected the workplaces yesterday and gave guidelines to responsible persons to make sure the road meets the set standards, to complete the works in time.—Sithu Lin (IPRD)
