With the aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and boosting socio-economic status of local people, construction works of a concrete road is being carried out on Khatta Road in ward-1 in Shanywarthit sub-Township, Hpa-an District, Kayin State.

The concrete road measuring 200 ft. long, 14 ft. wide and six inches thick is being constructed with Ks. 9.9 million allotted by Kayin State government in 2022-2023 FY.

Once completed, it will benefit rural people in the sub-Township.—Zin Lay(IPRD)
