Construction of rural bridges and roads are being implemented with funds of Union Government and State Government in 2019-2020 FY for the development of rural areas in Hlaingbwe Township, Kayin State by the Township Department of Rural Development.

With the aim of ensuring traffic safety, distributing agricultural products to marketplace in time and providing education and health services to the rural people in time, a bridge and four roads have been constructed with K 513.969 million allocated by funds of Union. A total of six bridges and 17 roads have been built with K 3462.493 million allotted by funds of State budget.
