Construction of a dormitory and two housing apartments are being implemented in Government Technical Institute (Hakha), Chin State during 2019-2020 FY and now, the construction has been completed by 100 hundred percent.

A dormitory was conducted by Aasaw Construction Company with K 575,972,000 funded by Union Budget in 2019-2020 FY, a two-storey housing apartment by HPL Family Company with K 396,227,000 and a three-storey building by Double Arrow with K 600,276,000 funded by Union Budget. 

In Government Technical Institute (Hakha), the three buildings have been constructed and other seven buildings are now under construction. In addition, two buildings will be built with budget of 2020-2021 FY, according to the Head of the Government Technical Institute (Hakha).
