Hpa-an 19 December

With the aims of upgrading socioeconomic development and narrowing the gaps between rural and urban areas, Hpa-an Township Department of Rural Development is implementing a concrete bridge on Chankalay-Thamingone inter-village road. On the morning of 18 December, officials made an inspection at the construction site. 

The officials inspected the construction of the bridge measuring 20 ft in length, 14 ft in width and 10 ft in height and called the responsible people for the timely completion of the project, meeting the set standard.

The project is being implemented with K 35.64 million funded by State Government during 2023-2024 FY. It is being conducted by the tender winning company starting from third week of May. Now, it is nearing completion. Upon completion, residents in the two villages will be convenient in travelling from one place to another in all seasons.
