With the aims of narrowing gaps between rural and urban areas across the nation, the Department of Rural Development is implementing village developmental works. Putao Township Department of Rural Development conducted the construction of Namshal Creek Bridge in Pamati village-tract in Putao Township, Kachin State.

The bridge which is 240 ft in length and 14 ft in width was built with K 599.603 million allocated by funds of 2019-2020 FY starting from 28 June, 2020 and it was completed by 30 September, 2020. Now, the locals are available safe and convenient transportation and the agricultural products are being delivered to the market with saving time and money.
