With the aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and saving time and money, a concrete paving work of road has been implemented in Tunglung Village in Kyaukse Township, Mandalay Region and now, all the projects have been completed by 100 percent.
The concreted road measuring 665 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in thickness was constructed with Ks. 15.30 million including Ks. 10 million of DRD’s allocated funds in 2022-2023 fiscal years and Ks. 5 million contributed by local people and now, it has been completed 100 percent.
The road will benefit 481 local people from 100 households in the village, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.—Thet Maung(Kyaukse)
