With the aim of improving living standard of rural people and boosting their socio-economic status, the construction works of an inter-village concrete road linking Htantabin Village, Methapon Village and  Kwinkye Village in Htantabin village tract, Pai Kyone sub-Tonwship in Kayin State is being constructed and now all the project have been completed 85 percent, according to an official from the town Department of rural development.

 

Construction works of inter-village concrete road measuring 1.609 kilometers long began on 2 February this year with Ks. 268.300 million allotted by Kayin State government in 2021-2022 FY.

 

Under the provision of officials from the Township Department of Rural Development, construction works of an inter-village concrete road have been completed by 85 percent so far. The road will benefit rural people in the sub-Township.—Naw Khu(IPRD)
