Paing Kyone, 21 February

 

The construction work of an inter-village tarred road linking Methapon Village and Kwinkye waterfall in Kwinkye Village in Paing Kyone sub-Township, Kayin State has been completed by 100 percent, according to an official from the township Department of Progress of Border Areas and National Races. 

 

Construction works of the tarred road measuring two-mile long began on 21 November last year by Baw Naw Htoo construction Company with Ks. 515.200 million allotted by Kayin State government in 2021-2022 FY.

 

Under the provision of officials from Progress of Border Areas and National Races Department in Kayin State, construction works of an inter-village tarred road have been completed by 100 percent. The road will benefit rural people in the sub-Township.—Saw Joseph Ju
