Dagon FC, languishing 12th position with 2 wins and nine losses in the MPT Myanmar National League, on Saturday sacked coach U Min Kyi and named U Kyaw Lin as his replacement.

“Dagon FC have decided to rescind the contract of first-team coach U Min Kyi,” the MNL club said in a statement on their Facebook page. In 11 league games, he won two and lost nine. U Kyaw Lin, Former Ayeyawady United FC manager and an experienced coach will focus on saving the club from relegating to the MNL-2 during the remaining football season.

Dagon FC will play against Magway FC in the 12 week of the Myanmar National League for 2019.—By Kyaw Htike Soe
