BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1^st April, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States and isolated in  Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States.
