A ceremony to provide cash and kind to the fire victims took place in Thayargon Village in Launglone Township, Taninthayi Region yesterday.
    

Employees from the Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement together with the village officials presented K 200,000 to buy construction materials for a family, K 10,500 to purchase rice, K 50,000 to a fire victim who was injured in the fire and relief items to a family in the village.
