A delegation led by Mr Sholban Kara-Ool, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation arrived in Yangon yesterday. U Khin Maung Soe, central executive committee member of Union Solidarity Development Party (USDP) and Chairman of Yangon Region USDP, Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Iskander Azizov, U Zaw Phyo Win, Director General of Strategic Studies and Training Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar, officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar and officials from relevant authorities of Myanmar welcomed the delegation at Yangon International Airport. The delegation also paid visit to Sitagu International Buddhist Academy in Yangon and Shwedagon Pagoda yesterday evening. — MNA
