Deputy Minister for Information U Aung Hla Tun visited Thandaunggyi Township in Kayin State yesterday.

He held a meeting at the township public library with Pyithu Hluttaw MP U Saw Victor Kha Laik, Amyotha Hluttaw MP Naw Chris Tun, local renowned persons and library committees to discuss development programmes, developing reading habits of people, child reading corners, public talks and expanding library services.

The Deputy Minister also arrived at the township office of Information and Public Relations Department, and discussed knowledge dissemination and information sharing of the staff.—Naw Law Mu (Thandaunggyi)
