With the aims of bringing socioeconomic development to the rural people and narrowing the gaps between rural and urban areas, Myanaung Township Department of Rural Development will implement Emerald Green Project and Village Development Project in the Township during 2020-2021 FY. 

A village that will implement the Emerald Green Project will be provided with K 3 million and 27 villages will undertake the village development projects will be funded with 10 million each, according to an Assistant Director U Tin Tun Aung from the Township Department of Rural Development.
