Developmental works in Khabat village in Myinthataung village-tract in Kyaukpadaung Township, Mandalay Region were inspected by officials from Township Department of Rural Development on December 1.

The Township Department of Rural Development is undertaking construction of rural roads and bridges in order to deliver local products to markets with saving time and money. Now, a rural road in Khabat village is being conducted with K 100.7 million by Mega Glory Company starting from November 18 and it has been completed by 10 percent. The officials urged the responsible people from the company to meet the set standard within the target date. 

Upon completion, it will be bring socioeconomic development to 2158 people from 404 households and local products from 250 acres of their farmland will be distributed to the markets in time.
