Under the Village Development Project (VDP), developmental works are being undertaken in 75 villages in five Townships in Minbu District, Magway Region during 2019-2020 FY.

In 75 villages, 45 road and bridge projects, 20 electricity supply projects, two water supply projects, two library projects, five multi-purpose hall projects, totaling 81 works were conducted with K 750 million allocated by funds of VDP and K 146.9 million contributed by public starting from May. The projects were conducted by local people and village development committee, according to an official from the District Department of Rural Development.
