With the aim of distributing purified drinking water to the local residents, Pantanaw Township Department of Rural Development conducted digging tube wells in Thaegone, Kansu, Ainekalae and Padauksu villages in Pantanaw Township.  Now, all have been completed by hundred percent.

          The 400 feet deep tube wells were conducted with K 38 million of funds of the Union under the guidance of engineers from the department. The projects were conducted starting from the fourth week of April and now it has been totally completed.

Once completed, it will bring enough drinking water to a total of 1,730 local residents in the villages.
