With the aim of solving water scarcity in summer season and distributing enough drinking water to rural areas, digging tube wells are being undertaken in seven villages in Wuntho Township, Kawlin District, Sagaing Region, according to an official from Township Department of Rural Development.
The water supply projects are being implemented in Khatcho, Myaingzeyar, Kyutaw, Naunggwin, Donedoke, Inpokegone and Chanmyathida villages by tender winning companies. Upon completion, a total of 3004 people from 594 households will be available enough drinking water in all seasons.
