The State Administration Council Member, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defence Admiral Tin Aung San met Mr Marcoluigi Corsi, UN Interim Resident Coordinator for Myanmar and Interim Humanitarian Coordinator for Myanmar, at the Union Minister’s office yesterday.
They warmly and frankly exchanged views on cooperation with the Country Task Force on Monitoring and Reporting (CTFMR) to prevent minors from serving in the military.
Deputy Minister Maj-Gen Aung Lin Tun and officials also attended the meeting. — MNA/TS
